No. Aethel is a demonstration product built by Building 8 to showcase a specification-led configurator pattern. The catalogue, prices, and lead times are illustrative.

How is a specification different from a quote?

A specification captures the selected pieces, finishes, and quantities in a format suited to architects and procurement teams. It is non-binding; final pricing and lead times are confirmed at order.

Which currencies are supported?

AUD, HKD, SGD, CNY, and USD. GST (10%) is applied automatically when AUD is selected and reflects Australian delivery only.

How long is a specification valid?

Thirty days from the date of issue. After that, contact the studio to refresh pricing and stock availability.

Can specifications be shared with a client?

Yes. Export the specification as a PDF or share a link - both retain the selected currency, client, and project header.
